His chart-topping track ‘Run It Up’ caught the attention of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who praised the rapper for promoting India’s traditional martial arts—Kalari Payattu, Gatka, and Thang-ta—to a global audience.

According to organizers, Hanumankind’s performance will start one hour before the match, at approximately 6:00 PM IST (local time in Sri Lanka), ahead of the official toss scheduled at 7:00 PM IST. With rain forecasted in Colombo later in the day, the organizers have allotted an extra 60 minutes to ensure the pre-match festivities and the match itself proceed smoothly.
