A video circulating on social media shows the singer taking immediate action when she noticed women being harassed at her event—a move that has earned her widespread admiration.
Stopping the Concert for Safety
According to reports, Jasmine noticed some attendees harassing women in the audience. Rather than ignoring the situation, she stopped her performance mid-show. In the viral video, Jasmine is seen addressing the event security, saying, “Security, could you please remove these two men? They are disturbing these women.”
She further emphasized her commitment to audience safety, declaring on stage: “If women do not feel safe at my concert, I will not perform.” This firm stance won her accolades from fans and netizens alike, who praised her for prioritizing safety over the show.

Jasmine Sandlas: Early Career
Born in 1985 in Jalandhar, Punjab, Jasmine comes from a Punjabi Sikh Lubana family. She moved with her family to California at the age of 12 or 13, where she drew inspiration from West Coast music. Her debut song, “Muskaan”, released in 2007, became a global hit. In 2012, her first studio album was launched by Gulabi Sony Music Company, featuring collaborations with rapper Bohemia.
