‘Dhurandhar’ Continues Box Office Magic on 42nd Day, Earns ₹1,272 Crore Worldwide in Six Weeks

The Ranveer Singh–Akshay Khanna starrer Dhurandhar continues to dominate the box office, even in its 42nd day of release. Despite stiff competition from recent releases, the film has maintained its impressive momentum, making significant earnings during Makar Sankranti celebrations.

The blockbuster has completed a six-week run at Indian cinemas with consistent performance. As of now, Dhurandhar has grossed approximately ₹816.60 crore net in India and a worldwide total of ₹1,272 crore.

According to Sacnilk, the film earned an additional ₹3 crore on Thursday, bringing its sixth-week total to ₹26.35 crore.

  • Week 1: ₹207.25 crore
  • Week 2: ₹253.25 crore
  • Week 3: ₹172 crore
  • Week 4: ₹106.5 crore
  • Week 5: ₹51.25 crore
  • Week 6: ₹26.35 crore

Outperforming Other Releases
Released on 5 December, Dhurandhar had an explosive opening week, earning ₹207.25 crore. Its second week saw its peak collection of ₹253.25 crore. Despite new releases like Avatar: Fire and Ash, Tu Meri Main Tera, Ikkis, and The Raja Saheb, the film continued to hold strong, setting new records and outperforming competitors.

Towards the ₹1,000 Crore Mark
Dhurandhar is steadily approaching the ₹1,000 crore milestone at the Indian box office. With a current gross of ₹979.85 crore, the film needs just over ₹20 crore more to surpass KGF Chapter 2 (₹1,000.85 crore) and enter the top three all-time earners. For context, Baahubali 2 stands at ₹1,416.9 crore and Pushpa 2 at ₹1,471.1 crore.

Strong Overseas Performance
The film is also performing well internationally, adding approximately ₹293 crore to its earnings. This brings Dhurandhar’s total worldwide gross to roughly ₹1,272.85 crore, cementing its status as one of the highest-grossing Hindi-language films in recent years.
