On Wednesday, Dhanush posted multiple pictures from his spiritual walk through the ghats and lanes of Banaras. The actor was accompanied by Raanjhanaa and Tere Ishq Mein director Aanand L. Rai.
Reminiscing about the film that transformed his Bollywood journey, Dhanush wrote:

His name still echoes in the narrow lanes of Banaras when people call out to me, and I still turn back with a smile. Sitting outside the same house, sipping tea at the same shop, and strolling along the sacred Ganga with the man who gave me Kundan— it feels like a complete circle. Mrunal Thakur’s Comment Sparks Buzz Again
Amid talks of their alleged connection, Mrunal Thakur commented on Dhanush’s post, writing:

She ended the comment with a high-five emoji.
