Artificial Intelligence has made our lives easier, but it has also brought unexpected surprises—and some of them are truly astonishing. Recently, AI-generated images replaced the cast of the hit film Dhurandhar with classic Bollywood superstars from the 1980s, leaving fans amazed.
The AI creations, shared on Instagram on 14 January by artist Souvik, known as Mr. Helrokar, reimagine the stylish action-thriller as a high-octane Bollywood blockbuster from the ’80s. The results are stunningly realistic, blurring the line between real and digital.
Amitabh Bachchan as Hamza
In these imaginative visuals, Amitabh Bachchan steps into the role of Hamza Ali Mazari (originally played by Ranveer Singh). Sporting long hair and a beard reminiscent of his Deewar and Shakti days, Bachchan brings a vintage charm to the character.
Vinod Khanna as Rahman Dacoit
Matching the energy perfectly, Vinod Khanna is cast as Rahman Dacoit (Akshay Khanna’s role), exuding danger in a black stylish Pathani suit and aviator sunglasses. Parveen Babi plays his on-screen wife, Ulfat, originally portrayed by Soumya Tandon.
Fans Emotional Over Sridevi
Sridevi is cast as Yalina Jamali (Sara Arjun’s role), looking radiant in white, evoking nostalgia and touching fans’ hearts. Jackie Shroff appears as Major Iqbal (Arjun Rampal’s role) with his signature rugged style, sporting a thick beard and colorful glasses, perfectly fitting the role of a formidable soldier.
Other Legendary Cast Members
Amrish Puri embodies the villainous SP Chaudhary Aslam (Sanjay Dutt’s role) with his trademark piercing gaze. Paresh Rawal seamlessly fits into the character of Ajay Sanyal (R. Madhavan’s role). The late Rishi Kapoor appears as Uzaer Baloch (Danish Pandor’s role) in a calm, bearded avatar, lending an understated elegance to the character.
These AI-generated reimaginings of Dhurandhar have delighted fans, blending nostalgia with modern creativity, and proving once again how AI can turn imagination into stunning visual reality.
