The sacred Gurdwara Fatehgarh Sahib marks the site where these young martyrs gave their lives. On 9th January 2022, on the occasion of Guru Gobind Singh Ji’s Prakash Utsav, the Prime Minister of India announced that 26th December would officially be celebrated as Veer Bal Diwas in their honor.
