
Uttar Pradesh: The Uttar Pradesh Subordinate Services Selection Commission (UPSSSC) has released the admit cards for the Junior Assistant Recruitment Examination 2026, scheduled to be held on 1 February 2026 across various examination centers in the state. Candidates who have applied for this government recruitment can download their admit cards from the official website: upsssc.gov.in.
How to Download Admit Card:
- Visit the official UPSSSC website: upsssc.gov.in.
- Click on the link “UPSSSC Junior Assistant Admit Card 2026” on the homepage.
- Enter your Application Number and Date of Birth to log in.
- The admit card PDF will open on the screen; download and save it.
- Take a printed copy of the admit card to the examination center.
Important Instructions:
Candidates must carry their admit card to the exam hall; entry without it will not be allowed. Along with the admit card, candidates should also bring a government-issued photo ID such as PAN card or Voter ID for verification.
Vacancy Details:
Through this recruitment drive, UPSSSC will fill 3,284 Junior Assistant vacancies. The online application process ran from 22 December 2025 to 22 January 2026. The selection process includes a written examination, qualifying typing test, document verification, and medical test. The final merit list will be prepared based on the candidate’s performance in the written examination.
Exam Pattern:
The written test consists of 100 multiple-choice questions totaling 100 marks. The exam duration is 120 minutes (2 hours). Negative marking of 0.25 marks will be applied for each incorrect answer.
Subjects and Marks Distribution:
- Hindi comprehension and writing skills: 30 questions (30 marks)
- General intelligence test: 15 questions (15 marks)
- General knowledge: 20 questions (20 marks)
- Computer & IT concepts, including contemporary developments: 15 questions (15 marks)
- General knowledge related to Uttar Pradesh: 20 questions (20 marks)
