There, she graduated from IT College, Lucknow, while simultaneously preparing for civil services.

First Attempt: Nayab Tehsildar
Neha’s first UPPSC attempt was a remarkable success. In 2017, she was selected as Nayab Tehsildar, marking a significant milestone in her career. Yet, her eyes remained set on the SDM position, and she continued her preparation.

Second Attempt: Treasury Officer
In her second UPPSC attempt in 2018, Neha was selected as a Treasury Officer. Though another achievement, her dream of serving as SDM remained unfulfilled.

Third Attempt: Achieving the SDM Chair
Neha’s determination finally bore fruit in her third attempt. With Rank 10 in UPPSC-2020, she attained the Sub-Divisional Magistrate position, fulfilling her long-cherished ambition.
