Job Profile

The primary responsibility of an Assistant Town Planner is to prepare development plans and reports based on collected statistics for regional planning. The role also involves guiding the implementation of these plans.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: A 4-year graduate degree in Planning from a recognized institution.
  • Additional Qualifications: Candidates with a postgraduate degree (M.Plan) or who have cleared the AITP examination in urban, regional, housing, rural, infrastructure, transportation, land-use planning, urban design, or environmental planning are also eligible. BE/ME in Transport or Civil Engineering will not be considered.
  • Age Limit: 21 to 40 years (relaxation as per government norms for reserved categories).

  3. Fill in personal details, date of birth, category, address, and other required information.
  4. Upload scanned copies of photograph and signature in the specified format.

  6. Save and print the confirmation page for future reference.
