
The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has released the Exam City Slip for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) Recruitment 2026. Candidates appearing for the exam, which starts on 4 February 2026, can now check the city where their examination will be conducted on the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in. The admit cards for the exam are expected to be released soon and will also be available online.
When Will SSC MTS Admit Cards Be Released?
SSC had earlier announced the exam schedule for both MTS and GD Constable posts in January. As per the official notification, the SSC MTS (Non-Technical) and Havildar exams will commence on 4 February 2026. Candidates were able to select their exam slots through the self-slot booking facility, which started on 15 January 2026.
With the release of the Exam City Slip, it is expected that admit cards for the 4 February exam may be issued on 1 February 2026, although this is not an official update. Candidates are advised to follow official SSC notifications for final details.
How to Download SSC MTS Admit Card 2026:
- Visit the official SSC website: ssc.gov.in
- Navigate to the Admit Card section.
- Click on the SSC MTS Admit Card 2026 Download link.
- Enter your Application Number and Password/Date of Birth.
- Submit the details to view your hall ticket.
- Download and take a printout for the examination.

- Vacancies: Tentatively 8,021 posts
- Application Window: Online applications were accepted until 25 July 2025
- Exam Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT)
- Session I: Numerical & Mathematical Ability (20 questions, 60 marks), Reasoning (20 questions, 60 marks) – Duration: 45 minutes
- Session II: General Awareness (25 questions, 75 marks), English Language (25 questions, 75 marks) – Duration: 45 minutes
