Exam and Answer Key Timeline
The NTPC UG CBT-1 exam was conducted from 7 August to 9 September 2025 in multiple shifts across India. The RRB released the answer key on 15 September 2025, with objections accepted until 20 September 2025. With over one and a half months having passed since the objection period, candidates can now expect the results anytime in November 2025.

- The PDF will also provide the cut-off marks. If your roll number appears in the selected candidates list, you have successfully cleared CBT-1. Save the PDF for future reference.

This recruitment drive covers 3,445 posts across various positions including Junior Clerk cum Typist, Train Clerk, Accounts Clerk cum Typist, and Commercial Ticket Clerk. Candidates who qualify in CBT-1 will have to appear for CBT-2 to move further in the selection process.
