Rojgar Mela 2026: Job Fair for Ex-Servicemen to be Held in Dehradun on 13 February; Registration Free

Dehradun: A dedicated job fair for ex-servicemen is scheduled to be held in Dehradun, Uttarakhand, on 13 February 2026. Online registration for the event has already begun, and participation is completely free. Retired personnel from the Indian Army, Navy, and Air Force who are seeking employment can take part in this initiative.

The Directorate General Resettlement (DGR), in collaboration with the Ministry of Defence, is organizing this Rojgar Mela to help ex-servicemen explore new career opportunities. The event will feature vacancies across multiple sectors, including positions such as PSO, Supervisor, Security Guard, Fitter, Electrician, Technician, Mechanic, Engine Operator, Driver, Welder, and roles in the Automobile sector.

How to Register:

1. Visit the official DGR website: dgrindia.gov.in.
2. Click on the “Job Fair Locations” tab and select the Dehradun event at Jaswant Singh Ground.
3. Choose the appropriate registration link for Officers or JCO/OR.
4. The registration portal (esmhire.com) will open. Fill in your service details, name, mobile number, email ID, and password, then click Next.
5. Verify the OTP received on your registered mobile number.
6. Log in with your registration number and password, select your force, and fill in all requested details step by step.
7. Upload your updated resume/biodata.
8. Review all information carefully and submit the registration.
