RBSE 9th & 11th Exam 2026 – Updated Schedule: After revising the dates for Class 12, 5th, and 8th exams, the Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has also changed the schedule for Class 9 and Class 11 board exams. The exams will now commence on 7 March 2026 instead of 10 March, with results expected on 25 March 2026.
New Exam Schedule:
- Class 9 & 11 Exams: 7 March to 19 March 2026
- Result Declaration: 25 March 2026
- Academic Session 2026-27: Scheduled to begin from 1 April 2026
The revised schedule has been issued by the Directorate of Secondary Education to ensure the timely start of the new academic session.
Other RBSE Exam Updates:
Class 12 Exam Timing Changes:
- The Computer Science (Informatics Practice) exam on 17 February will now be held from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM instead of the morning shift (8:30 AM to 11:45 AM).
- The Fine Arts exam on 24 February will also be conducted from 2:00 PM to 5:15 PM.
These changes have been made due to the large number of students appearing for the exams.
Class 5 & 8 Exam Date Changes:
- Class 5 Exams: 20 February to 6 March 2026 (Maths exam on 6 March, 1:30 PM to 4:00 PM)
- Class 8 Exams: 19 February to 4 March 2026
- Important Policy Change: The automatic promotion system has been discontinued for Classes 5 and 8. Students must now secure minimum passing marks to be promoted to the next class.
RBSE Board Exam Admit Cards:
Students preparing for board exams are advised to wait for their admit cards, which will be released soon on the official RBSE website. Once uploaded, admit cards can only be downloaded by school heads or principals using their school login credentials. The admit cards will then be provided to students with the school seal and principal’s signature. Students are advised to rely solely on the official website for accurate and updated information.
