
The Madhya Pradesh Women and Child Development Department has announced a major recruitment drive for Anganwadi Workers and Helpers, offering more than 4,700 vacancies to eligible women candidates. The recruitment, released under the 2025 Phase-2 selection process, presents a significant employment opportunity for women who have completed their Class 12 education.
Online applications have been open since December 31, 2025, and interested candidates must apply by January 10, 2026, through the official MP Online portal at chayan.mponline.gov.in.

A total of 4,767 posts will be filled across 10 divisions of Madhya Pradesh, including Indore, Ujjain, Gwalior, Chambal, Jabalpur, Narmadapuram, Bhopal, Rewa, Shahdol, and Sagar.

Eligibility Criteria
- Gender: Only women candidates are eligible to apply
- Educational Qualification: Must have passed Class 12 from a recognised board
- Residency Requirement: Applicants must be permanent residents of the same village/ward or urban area for which they are applying
- Age Limit: 18 to 35 years as on January 1, 2025
- Age Proof: Class 10 marksheet will be considered for age verification
Candidates from other villages or wards will not be eligible.

- Click on the Anganwadi Worker/Helper application link
- Enter Samagra ID and captcha details
- Fill in the application form carefully
- Upload passport-size photograph and signature
- Pay the application fee and submit the form
- Download and print the application for future reference

Officials noted that this recruitment also includes anticipated vacancies up to June 2026, making it one of the largest Anganwadi hiring drives in the state in recent years.
