New Delhi: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to release the JEE Main 2026 Session 1 admit card shortly. As the examination is scheduled to begin from January 21, 2026, the hall tickets are likely to be issued 4 to 6 days prior to the exam date, following past trends.
Candidates who have successfully registered for the January session of the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main 2026 will be able to download their admit cards from the official website — jeemain.nta.ac.in once released.
City Intimation Slip Already Issued
Earlier, on January 8, 2026, NTA released the exam city intimation slip, which provides candidates with details of their allotted examination city. This allows aspirants to plan travel and accommodation in advance. The admit card, containing complete exam centre details and timings, is expected to be the next release.
However, no official confirmation has yet been provided by NTA regarding the exact date and time of the admit card release.

Candidates can follow these steps to download their hall ticket:
- Visit the official website jeemain.nta.nic.in
- Click on the link titled “JEE Main 2026 Admit Card”
- Enter your application number and password
- Click on Sign In
- The admit card will appear on the screen
- Verify all details carefully and download and print the admit card for future reference
JEE Main 2026 Exam Schedule
According to the revised schedule released by NTA, JEE Main 2026 Session 1 examinations will be conducted from January 21 to January 29, 2026.
