The Electrical Engineering 4-year B.Tech program has the highest number of seats, with 148 for all categories and 6 additional seats for female candidates. Other programs like Chemical Engineering and Mechanical Engineering also have significant seat allocation.

Eligibility and Admission Process

To gain admission to IIT Madras, candidates must have:

  • Passed Class 12 with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics.
  • Successfully cleared the JEE Main and JEE Advanced exams with high scores.
