The Institute of Banking Personnel Selection (IBPS) has released the provisional exam calendar for 2026-27, covering recruitment exams from August 2026 to January 2027. Candidates preparing for bank jobs can now visit the official website ibps.in to check and download the schedule.
The calendar includes dates for major IBPS exams such as Probationary Officer (PO), Clerk/Customer Service Associate (CSA), Specialist Officer (SO), and Regional Rural Banks (RRB) posts, helping aspirants plan their preparation in advance.
IBPS Exam Timeline 2026-27
- IBPS PO: Prelims – 22 & 23 August 2026; Mains – 4 October 2026
- IBPS SO: Prelims – 29 August 2026; Mains – 1 November 2026
- IBPS Clerk (CSA): Prelims – 10 & 11 October 2026; Mains – 27 December 2026
- IBPS RRB Officer Scale I: Prelims – 21 & 22 November 2026; Mains – 20 or 27 December 2026
- IBPS RRB Office Assistant: Prelims – 6, 12 & 13 December 2026; Mains – 30 January 2027
Key Points for Applicants:
- Registration will be online only. A single registration will cover both Prelims and Mains where applicable.
- Uploaded photographs must be recent passport-size color photos and clearly visible.
- Candidates must capture and upload a live photo using a webcam or mobile device.
- Uploaded signatures must be clear and not in capital letters.
Document Requirements and File Sizes:
- Applicant photo: .jpeg, 20–50 KB
- Signature: .jpeg, 10–20 KB
- Thumb impression: .jpeg, 20–50 KB
- Handwritten declaration (scanned copy): .jpeg, 50–100 KB
All IBPS exams will be conducted online. Aspirants should note that the dates are provisional and may change due to administrative reasons, court orders, or government directives. Candidates are advised to regularly check the official IBPS website for updates.
