Eligibility Criteria
The company has set specific eligibility criteria for each position:
- Senior Subject Expert (Mining): Candidates must have a B.Tech/Mining Engineering degree at the graduate level and 40 years of experience in the relevant field.
- Senior Subject Expert (Environment): A Postgraduate degree in Engineering/Technology and 3 years of relevant experience are required.
- Subject Expert (Mining): A B.Tech degree in Mining Engineering with 35 years of experience is needed.
- Associate Subject Expert (Geology): A B.Tech degree in Geology or a related field and 30 years of experience are required.
- Assistant Subject Expert (Official Language-Hindi): A Master’s degree in Hindi with proficiency in English and at least 30 years of experience is necessary.
- Medical Professional (MBBS): A MBBS degree with a minimum of 20 years of experience.
- Medical Professional (MD – Medicine): An MD/MS degree in Medicine with 20 years of experience is required.
The age limit for all these positions is 70 years.

Salary and Benefits
The salary for these positions is not fixed per month. Candidates will be paid based on their visits to the company. The Senior Subject Experts, Associate Subject Experts, and Assistant Subject Experts will have 16 visits per month. The payment per visit ranges from ₹3,500 to ₹6,250, depending on the post. This means the maximum monthly salary could reach ₹1 lakh. Additional benefits such as hotel, rail, and DA (Daily Allowance) will also be provided.
Medical professionals (MBBS) will be paid ₹3,500 per visit, and MD/MS holders will receive ₹4,750 per visit. A separate DA of ₹800 per day will be provided.
