Expected Release Date of Admit Cards
According to reports, GATE 2026 admit cards may be released between 7th and 15th January 2026. Once available, candidates can download their admit cards from the official IIT Guwahati website. Possessing a valid admit card is mandatory to appear for the examination.
GATE 2026 Exam Dates
The GATE 2026 examination will be held on 7th, 8th, 14th, and 15th February 2026 across multiple shifts at various exam centers nationwide. Candidates can check the detailed exam schedule on the official website.

Once the admit cards are released, candidates can download them by following these steps:
- Visit the official GATE 2026 website and click on the application/admit card link.
- Log in using your Enrollment ID and password.
- The admit card will be displayed on the screen.
- Verify all the details and save the admit card.
- Candidates can take a printout for exam day use.
