Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta announced on 23 November that a public holiday will be observed to mark the 350th Shaheedi Diwas. All government offices will also remain closed on this day.

In some states, such as Punjab and Haryana, the holiday has been declared on Monday, 24 November 2025. Although there were demands to shift the holiday to 25 November, these states have finalized it for 24 November 2025.
