- Eligibility:
- Candidates must hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Specific qualifications apply for posts in Economics, Commerce, Accounts, Finance, Business Studies, Cost Accounting, MBA, CA, ICWA, and Hindi Master’s for language posts.
- For positions like Accounts Officer and Junior Assistant, typing speed is required: 35 words per minute in English and 30 words per minute in Hindi.
- Age Limit: Minimum 18 years; maximum 27–35 years depending on the post. Age relaxation applies as per government norms.
- Salary: Pay levels range from Level 2 to Level 10, depending on the post.
- Selection Process: Written examination (Tier-1 and Tier-2), followed by interview for select posts.
