New Delhi: The All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) Delhi has temporarily suspended all recruitment through outsourcing agencies. According to an official directive, any proposal for new staffing requirements from departments will now need to be submitted separately, in alignment with the institute’s long-term vision.
The administration has instructed all centers, departments, sections, and units that no new outsourced recruitment will take place until the rationalization process is completed. The current order clarifies that the Human Resources restructuring within the Outsourcing Cell is ongoing, and no recruitment via external agencies will be considered until the process is finalized. This step aims to ensure transparent and balanced management of human resources at AIIMS.
Current Recruitment at AIIMS
While outsourced hiring is on hold, AIIMS Raipur has started online applications for the post of Senior Resident (Non-Academic). Candidates with MD/MS/DNB or equivalent postgraduate medical degrees are eligible to apply. Registrations are being accepted through a Google Form, with the last date for submission on 6 January 2026.
Selection for these positions will be merit-based. Applicants are advised to complete their applications well before the deadline. The application fee is ₹1,000 for General, OBC, and EWS candidates, while SC/ST/PWD and ex-servicemen candidates are exempted from the fee.
Salary and Age Criteria
Candidates applying for the Senior Resident post must be between 21 and 45 years of age, with relaxations applicable for reserved categories as per rules. Selected candidates will receive a monthly salary of ₹67,700 (Level 11).
