Eta, Uttar Pradesh: A village in Eta, Gadhiya Suhagpur, is reeling from shock after a young couple, Shivani (20) and her boyfriend Deepak (25), were brutally beaten to death by the girl’s family on Sunday evening. Police have taken several members of Shivani’s family into custody for questioning. According to authorities, Deepak visited Shivani at her home around 8:30 PM. Her family reportedly found the couple in a compromising situation on the terrace, which led them to attack the pair with sticks and sharp weapons.
