Sultanpur Property Fraud: Woman Falsely Claims Stepson as Deceased Son to Seize Property, Case Registered
In a shocking case of alleged fraud in Sultanpur, Uttar Pradesh, a woman has accused parties of attempting to seize her deceased son’s property using forged documents. The case has been taken seriously by the authorities, and a First Information Report (FIR) has been registered at Kotwali Nagar under multiple sections, following the orders of the Chief Judicial Magistrate (CJM).
According to the complaint, Rukmani Devi, a resident of Mangapur Sarkouda in the Kudarwar police station area, is the sole legal heir of her late son Anil Singh, who inherited his father’s ancestral property after the death of Surya Baksh Singh around 35 years ago.
