Deoria (Uttar Pradesh), Jan 31: Former Indian Police Service (IPS) officer Amitabh Thakur, who is currently serving time at Deoria district jail on fraud charges, was admitted to Deoria Medical College on Saturday after his health reportedly deteriorated.
