Noida:The groundwork for the development of New Noida City has formally begun, with the Noida Authority initiating the process of land acquisition across 80 villages located in Dadri and Bulandshahr districts. Following the preparation of land rates, the proposal has been sent to the Uttar Pradesh government for approval. Once clearance is granted, the acquisition process will move forward. According to the proposal, land will be purchased directly from farmers at a rate of ₹5,600 per square metre.
