UP to Send 1,000 Workers to Israel; Screening to Begin from 19 November

Lucknow, 18 November 2025: The Uttar Pradesh government is actively working to provide employment opportunities for its youth, both within the state and abroad. As part of this initiative, nearly 1,000 construction workers from UP are being prepared for deployment to Israel, with the screening process set to begin on 19 November. Over 9,000 candidates have been found eligible for the current recruitment phase, and daily screening will accommodate around 600 candidates. The pre-screening and professional test drive will be conducted at the Yadupati Singhania Vocational Education Foundation campus in Kanpur, under the supervision of NSDC International CEO Alok Kumar and CSDCI CEO Hari Narayan Raj.
