Moradabad Divisional Commissioner Anjaneya Kumar Singh unveiled a 101-ft tall national flag, opened two Accessible Knowledge Centres for specially-abled children, and inaugurated a high-tech Security Control Room equipped with 250 surveillance cameras at Satyavrat Police Outpost.
