Sambhal, Uttar Pradesh: Authorities have deployed a strong police contingent in Sambhal as a land survey is set to begin on an eight-bigha cemetery near Jama Masjid, which is currently occupied by 22 illegally constructed shops and houses. The move comes amid heightened security concerns following past incidents of stone-pelting from these structures.
