Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh: The man terrorizing women in Pipilani and Ayodhya Nagar, Bhopal, has finally been apprehended. Devendra Ahirwar, 37, dubbed the “Psycho Cutter Man,” allegedly attacked women after a series of personal setbacks, including a failed love affair and separation from his wife. Police caught him while he was planning a fifth attack.
