Over 100 Pigs Stolen Overnight in Karnataka Village; Police Arrest Key Accused
In a bizarre case of mass livestock theft, more than 110 pigs were stolen overnight from a village in Karnataka’s Chikkaballapur district. Shockingly, the thieves not only transported the animals in the dark of night but also managed to sell them before daybreak. Police have arrested one accused, while the search for four others is underway.

The arrested man has been identified as Anand, a resident of Lenin Nagar in Andhra Pradesh. Anand, who operated a pig-rearing business, was allegedly involved in stealing livestock to increase his profits.The incident took place on November 5 in Burudugunte village of Chintamani taluk.
