New Delhi: The capital may soon see a significant reduction in traffic congestion as plans are underway to construct foot overbridges (FOBs) at over 60 locations across the city. The initiative aims to improve pedestrian safety and ease vehicular movement. The Public Works Department (PWD) has already begun feasibility studies for FOB construction at several key locations. The incident reportedly occurred after a heated argument with a 22-year-old boy she had checked into the hotel with.
