Shamli/Delhi: A young man from Shamli lost his life in the Delhi car blast near Lal Qila, leaving his family devastated. 22-year-old Nouman, a resident of Jhinjhna village, was in Delhi with his cousin Aman to purchase cosmetics in Chandni Chowk when tragedy struck. The two had arrived in Delhi by a hired car. After loading some of their purchases, they intended to collect more items. The driver warned them of heavy traffic and suggested postponing their plans, but Nouman and Aman decided to ignore the advice and switched to an e-rickshaw.
