Naxal Leadership Crumbles: Devji Emerges as Next Target After Hidma’s Elimination
Raipur, Chhattisgarh: The Naxalite movement is facing its most severe setback yet, with security forces systematically eliminating top leaders. Following the killing of infamous Naxal commander Hidma, only six key leaders remain within the organization. Devji, the Maoist General Secretary, has now emerged as the primary target for security forces.

After Hidma’s death, the remaining senior Naxal leaders are operating in isolated locations under extreme pressure. Among them are:
Politburo members: Ganpati, Devji
Central Committee members: Sangram, Uday
Others: Ganesh Uike and Anal Da
In Bastar, only three major Naxals remain actively operating. Devji, considered the most dangerous among them, commands the organization’s forces in the region.
