Senior Samajwadi Party leader and former Uttar Pradesh minister Mohammad Azam Khan, currently lodged in Rampur jail, has resigned from the Maulana Mohammad Ali Jauhar Trust. His wife and former MP Dr Tanjeen Fatima, and son and former SP MLA Abdullah Azam, have also stepped down from their official positions in the trust.
