New Delhi: The cold wave and dense fog will continue to impact northern parts of India on January 7, with the India Meteorological Department (IMD) issuing warnings for heavy cold waves and fog. The IMD has also forecasted moderate to heavy rainfall in three states, while 21 cities in North India are under cold wave alerts. Rainfall Warning for Three States
According to the IMD, heavy to moderate rainfall is expected over the next 48 hours in southern states such as Kerala, Tamil Nadu, and Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
