
Mumbai: Shares of Krystal Integrated Services Limited (BSE: 544149 | NSE: KRYSTAL), a leading integrated facility management solutions provider, have been in focus recently, surging nearly 20% over the past month. The rally comes on the back of significant new contracts and strong financial performance.
₹275 Crore Contract Boosts Sentiment
The company recently secured three work orders totaling ₹275 crore from the Vasai-Virar Municipal Corporation for solid waste management. These contracts, spanning five years, cover door-to-door waste collection, segregation, transportation, and road cleanliness in one of Maharashtra’s fastest-growing urban regions.
The breakdown of the work orders is as follows:
- Division C: Estimated cost ₹83 crore
- Division F: Estimated cost ₹275 crore
- Division G (two orders): Estimated cost ₹111 crore and ₹81 crore
All work orders, dated 9 January 2026, were formally received on 12 January 2026.
Company’s Perspective
Speaking on the development, Sanjay Dighe, CEO & Whole-Time Director of Krystal Integrated Services, said,

Strong Financial Performance
Krystal Integrated Services also reported robust financials for the fiscal year ending 31 March 2025. Net profit rose 28% to ₹63 crore, up from ₹49 crore in FY24. Revenue grew 18.67% to ₹1,213 crore, compared to ₹1,022 crore in the previous year.
Stock Market Reaction
On Tuesday morning, the BSE index opened higher by about 200 points but later slipped. Despite broader market fluctuations, Krystal Integrated Services shares were trading up 1.33% (₹8.20), reflecting investor confidence in the company’s growth prospects and recent contract wins.
