According to sources, the video shows the woman conversing with her boyfriend, identified as Tarkeshwar, who is currently serving time at Raipur Central Jail. The visit coincided with Tarkeshwar’s recent birthday, prompting the girlfriend to come and wish him. During the interaction, she recorded the conversation on her mobile phone, which was later shared online, creating a stir and drawing attention to lapses in jail security.

Mobile Phones Strictly Prohibited

Under jail regulations, visitors are strictly forbidden from carrying mobile phones into the facility. The incident raises serious questions about how the mobile phone was smuggled inside.
