Jaipur: Following the tragic dumper accident in Jaipur, the Rajasthan Transport Department has intensified its statewide road safety campaign, leading to a massive crackdown on traffic violations. Within just five days, officials have revoked 206 driving licenses, seized 400 vehicles, and issued more than 8,500 challans. The campaign is being conducted under the direct supervision and instructions of Chief Minister Bhajan Lal Sharma.
The state government launched this strict road safety drive from November 4 to November 18, focusing on curbing reckless driving and ensuring public safety.
