Candidates do not need formal engineering degrees such as B.Tech or B.E. Instead, work experience, technical projects, or certifications will be considered to demonstrate expertise. There is no minimum work experience required, making it accessible to a wide range of applicants.

  2. Clear a technical assessment.
  3. Appear for interviews conducted by government agencies.
  4. Undergo a background check.
  5. Selected candidates will join on a rolling basis for a 2-year tenure.

Engineers will receive a competitive annual salary ranging from $150,000 to $200,000 (approx. ₹1.35–1.80 crore) depending on experience and agency. Additional benefits include:
