UP NEET UG Counselling 2025 Round 5 Merit List Released; Seat Allocation on 16th December

The Directorate General of Medical Education and Training (DGME), Lucknow, has released the Round 5 merit list for UP NEET UG Counselling 2025. Candidates who participated in Round 5 can now check their names in the merit list on the official website upneet.gov.in to know their status for admission to MBBS and BDS courses under the state quota in Uttar Pradesh.

The merit list is available as a PDF on the official website. Candidates do not need login credentials to access this list.

Seat Allocation Date:
The seat allotment results for Round 5 will be declared on 16th December 2025, based on the merit list and the options filled by the candidates by 15th December. The counselling process is conducted for admissions to 85% of state quota seats in Uttar Pradesh.

1. Visit the official website upneet.gov.in.
2. Scroll down to the “Notifications” section on the homepage.
3. Click on the link for UP NEET UG Round 5 Merit List.
4. A PDF file will open on the screen. Candidates can search for their names and download the PDF for future reference.

Next Steps After the Merit List:
Following the release of the merit list, candidates must fill in their choices for Round 5 seat allotment by 15th December. Only candidates listed in the merit list will be eligible for the UP NEET UG 2025 Round 5 seat allocation. The results will be available on the official website.
